Job Description
A leading company in the electronic manufacturing industry is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations, drive process improvements, and ensure quality and on-time delivery across all departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with deep technical expertise in electrical or electronic manufacturing and a proven ability to align teams toward business growth objectives. Working collaboratively, the new leader will enhance production efficiency by optimizing resources and workflows while maintaining strict quality standards and meeting customer commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing daily business operations, managing staff, and developing operations strategies to improve the efficiency of the production line while maintaining focus on quality, on time deliveries and proper inventory levels with Company growth not being impacted.
- Meet with the heads of each department weekly to review tasks at hand for each, review each managers work schedule for the particular department and, in the event schedules are not being met, determine why and what can be done to effectively “catch up” the department and get back on track without quality or timeliness being compromised.
Requirements:
- Experience in a general manager role
- Education in appropriate technical field preferred
- Appropriate technical or field experience with electrical/electronic products (inverters/VFD’s)
- Proven experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing or assembly processes
- Demonstrated success in process improvements and project management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in business management
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
