Job Description

A global company specializing in accessible travel is looking for a B2B Travel Sales Representative to promote and sell its products and services. The ideal candidate is adept at learning quickly, possesses excellent negotiation abilities, and has a solid grasp of sales strategies. Through effective communication, the new team member will play a pivotal role in enhancing revenue growth and profitability by acquiring new customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and cultivating profitable client relationships.

Location: Texas - Remote
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls and emails, and close new business.
  • Attain and retain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Maintain timely correspondence with all current and potential customers.
  • Schedule meetings and deliver presentations to prospects.
  • Prepare concise and accurate proposals for customers.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Meet and/or exceed sales quotas.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Sales experience selling to travel businesses or destinations.
  • Request For Proposal (RFP) experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Gmail.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Highly self-motivated to effectively work from home.
  • Flexibility to travel 20% of the time domestically and internationally to travel conferences.
  • Work from home on your own computer; PC is required; International phone calls through our Skype account
