Job Description
A well-established, leading financial services firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their corporate office. This role will be the first impression of the company so a personable, positive presence is a must. This role will greet and direct visitors, answer incoming calls and support the office services team.
Salary: $18-19/hr

Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Operate a multi-line phone system to field and direct calls.
- Assist with preparation of meetings to include providing updated documents.
- Contact building maintenance and vendors for service repairs, as needed.
- Perform other assignments as directed by management.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Distribute vendor and employee badges.
- Support conference room booking and set ups.
- Assist in maintaining office and breakroom supplies.
- Maintain common areas in office: wipe down the kitchen counters, start the dishwasher, unload the dishwasher, clean out the refrigerator on a regular basis, check common rooms for debris and tidy up conference room and copy room.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of receptionist experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Typing skills
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Professional presentation
- Must be a customer service-oriented individual and enjoy assisting people
- Must have a “can-do” attitude and be willing to do the small tasks that make a big difference
