Job Description

A oil & gas services company is seeking a professional and friendly Contract Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal team members. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys creating a welcoming office environment while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Salary: $20-24/hr
Location: NW Houston – 77041
Type of Position: 3-4 Month Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day office needs

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
