Job Description

A leading company is seeking a Commercial Contracts & Sales Specialist to support commercial pursuits and activities for global transport projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, well-organized communicator with strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills. Communicating effectively, the new hire will contribute to business growth by supporting commercial processes and stakeholder coordination while ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key liaison between client-facing commercial teams and internal support functions across headquarters and international offices, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of internal cost budgeting tools, standardized templates, and industry-standard contract frameworks.
  • Coordinate and support the completion and review of tender and enquiry deliverables in partnership with commercial stakeholders at defined checkpoints throughout the enquiry-to-contract lifecycle, including commercial proposals, contract negotiations, awards, and handover to project execution teams.
  • Support commercial and tender leadership in the development of proposal structures, storyboards, and content strategies for bids, qualifications, and presentations, including budgeting inputs, risk considerations, scheduling, and coordination of internal reviews.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage sales presentations and commercial documentation, including bid evaluations, win strategies, and pricing reviews.
  • Ensure sales inquiries and opportunities are accurately captured, tracked, and maintained within internal CRM systems in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Maintain a high level of document control, organization, and confidentiality for all tender-related materials.

Requirements
  • Completed degree in a technical discipline or business-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interest in engineering-driven, project-based, or technical commercial environments.
  • Experience working within a global organization, preferably in a complex or project-oriented industry.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and the ability to think strategically while handling sensitive information.
  • Must be okay with travel
