Operations Administrative Assistant

Job Description
A global leader in energy logistics solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Operations team and other departments. This is a perfect opportunity for an excellent communicator who knows general office functions and is familiar with office management tools.
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $50,000-$55,000
- Excellent benefits package

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct hire
Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team and other departments
- Schedule meetings, conferences and appointments as needed.
- Handle travel coordination and expense reporting
- Maintains customer and vendor contact details
- maintains various reports and prepare presentations
- receive and code invoices from vendors
- Liaise with various departments regarding invoices
- Maintain HSSE safety schedule, meeting minutes, drawings and certificates.
- Ad hoc projects or administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 2+ year as an Administrative Assistant in a similar role
- Strong travel coordination experience (domestic and international)
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Ability to complete administrative assignments with little direction
