Job Description

A well-established, growing multi-entity packaging and distribution company is seeking a Bilingual Operations Administrative Assistant to support leadership and assist with day-to-day operations across a small, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative support, light accounting, and customer interaction, and takes pride in being a reliable, go-to resource.

This individual will work closely with the Owner and internal team while also supporting a small sister company, playing a key role in keeping operations organized, responsive, and running efficiently.

Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience

Location: Baytown, Texas
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Owner and assist with day-to-day office coordination.
  • Support a small sister company with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including with international partners.
  • Help maintain organization across documents, processes, and office operations.
  • Support light scheduling and administrative needs for leadership.
  • Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • 3-5+ years of experience within a mixture of administrative, accounting support, or customer service roles
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and adaptable with a team-oriented approach
  • Strong job stability and commitment in previous roles
