Job Description
One of the largest insurance agencies is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting its producers and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Collaborating with other team members, the new hire will ensure operational excellence by effectively performing job functions with the highest level of accuracy & efficiency.
Salary: $16-$20/hour

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional and courteous assistance to clients and colleagues.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and maintained in our systems.
- Assist the Producers in the office by organizing and managing their paperwork, documents, and client files.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide assistance and support whenever necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient operations.
Requirements:
- No prior insurance experience is required; this position is suitable for entry-level candidates
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The working hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
