Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $70,000-$90,000 + Bonus

Location:Â Pasadena, TX (onsite)
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Minimize bad debt and write-offs
- Enhance customer relationships.
- Regularly monitor and report AR metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent employee support.
- Safeguard payroll data and confidentiality.
- Efficiently manage payroll adjustments and discrepancies.
- Ensure continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related focus, required
- 3-7 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Not less than 2 years of similar work experience in analytics
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Construction industry experience, preferred
