Job Description
Our client, a well-established manufacturer within the O/G industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support billing and month-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical individual with relevant accounting experience and strong Excel skills.
Salary: $70,000-$75,000

Salary: $70,000-$75,000

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Manage progress, milestone, and percentage-of-completion billing
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
- Lead AR discussions during weekly AR review meetings
- Utilize billing portals for invoice submission and tracking
- Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Maintain and update ERP system records accurately
- Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation
- Support sales tax reporting and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements where possible
Requirements:
- 2+ years of AR experience working in a Manufacturing or similar environment
- Must have milestone or POC billing experience
- Audit and Sales tax preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
- Must have Billing Portal and ERP experience
- Overtime flexibility when needed
