Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $24-27/hr

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Save, print, and organize invoices; enter invoices into QuickBooks and match to purchase orders.
- Verify invoice accuracy, generate monthly vendor statements, and prepare weekly unpaid bills reports.
- Reconcile all bank accounts (Operating, Money Market, Payroll) and credit cards (AMEX & Chase).
- Review timesheet hours; send daily/weekly emails.
- Enter all credit card receipts from field teams into QuickBooks.
- Scan and save daily job reports and maintain organized project folders.
- Restock forms and prepare “Red Folders” for routing/distribution.
- Complete all new-hire paperwork and applications; enter new employees into QuickBooks
- Perform E-Verify and send new-hire information.
- Set up company email accounts and save all new-hire documents to the cloud.
- Prepare job injury reports and track related bills and progress.
- Place PPE orders and manage inventory.
- Assist foremen with questions, requests, and administrative needs.
- Maintain and update team roster and other internal records.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of accounting or administrative experience within a construction company
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Reliable transportation and consistent on-time attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
