Location:Â Montgomery, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with business units to assess financial impacts of operational activities.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Assist with month-end close and reporting processes.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects from leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy across reporting systems and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or business intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in CPG Distribution and service-based environments preferred
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards preferred
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and operate standard office equipment
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training
