- Process daily route sheets.
- Create maintenance contracts on new equipment.
- Scan documents.
- Process and bill equipment deals sold during the month.
- Audit filters to ensure information is up to date.
- Back up receptionist when needed.
- Minimum 2 years of clerical, data entry, accounting, or similar experience in a corporate environment
- Must be available for overtime when needed
- Strong time management skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills
