Job Description

A fast-paced and professional law firm is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Admin to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is versatile, dependable, and has a strong foundation in clerical and administrative tasks with a focus on accounting support.

Salary + Additional Benefits: 
•    $17-20/hr

Location: South Houston, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, mailing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Provide support to the accounting team with clerical tasks.
  • Maintain and update financial records as needed.
  • Input and manage data using Excel and other accounting software.
  • Perform light bookkeeping duties (a plus but not required).
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is a plus
  • Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting is helpful but not required
