Job Description
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $75,000-$85,000 + Bonus

Location:Â North Houston
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger in QuickBooks.
- Work with 3rd party PEO to input time, PTO, LOA and process payroll
- Ensure inventory counts are accurate
- Work collaboratively with other departments and locations to manage intercompany transactions
- Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Prepare monthly statements including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports to headquarters
- Coordinate with external auditors and CPA to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Address audit findings and implement necessary corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of well rounded, full cycle accounting experience within an industrial services company
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience in an stand-alone role within a small to midsize company
- Strong experience with bank reconciliations & account reconciliations
- Working experience in QuickBooks Enterprise, strong MS Excel experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Organizational excellence. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards
