Responsibilities: Â
Business Development & GrowthÂ
- Lead strategies to enroll and activate new Select Employee Groups (SEGs), directly sourcing opportunities and building relationships with C-Suite and decision-makers.Â
- Deepen engagement with existing SEGs and sponsors by delivering measurable value, strengthening retention, and driving new member acquisition, deposits, and loans.Â
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SEGs, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and profitability.Â
- Actively contribute to business development as an individual contributor while also mentoring and guiding the team to achieve SEG and sponsor growth goals.Â
- Set a clear cadence for performance, providing coaching, feedback, and accountability that builds a high-performing, change-ready team.Â
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sponsors and SEGs, balancing their needs with priorities to foster long-term partnerships.Â
- Build high-impact external relationships that position the company as the preferred financial partner for SEG employees.Â
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including branch, Marketing, Lending, and Member Services, to deliver tailored strategies, campaigns, and SEG activations.Â
- Track, measure, and report on SEG and sponsor activities, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability for results.Â
Requirements:Â
- 8-10 years of related experience, including significant proactive outbound sales and business development experienceÂ
- 5+ years of experience managing a sales or business development functionÂ
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualificationsÂ
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenÂ
- Ability to proficiently read and interpret information on systems and documents Â
- Ability to write in English using correct spelling and grammarÂ
- Ability to speak tactfully and effectively in English to members, volunteers, prospects, and employees at all levels of the organizationÂ
- Excellent sales/persuasive skillsÂ
- Excellent customer service skillsÂ
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change; ability to quickly learn specialized applications and systemsÂ
- Initiative and self-directionÂ
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people at all levelsÂ
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability, including the ability to prioritize  Â
