Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $125,000-$140,000 + Bonus

- Hybrid Work Schedule after a 90-day probationary period.
Location:Â Rosharon, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and ensure realization of the regional procurement & sourcing plan according with global procurement manager.
- Negotiate with suppliers, acquire approval, prepare, and close contracts to fulfill the business requirements.
- Ensure overall quality of supply of third-party goods and services, through selection of suppliers, contract
- management, and monitoring of supplier performance to support the internal customer.
- Report on procurement performance across the region and relevant countries, business, and projects for the designated scope.
- Manage, motivate, and support the development of employees, with the provided management tools & HR standards.
- Manage, coordinate, and improve administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements.
- Supervise two Procurement Coordinators.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Procurement
- SAP experience required.
- ERP implementation experience a plus
