Location: Spring, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: (2nd shift) 4PM-12PM
Responsibilities:
- Assemble drone components and frames using handheld tools such as screwdrivers and various nut drivers.
- Ensure quality and consistency in the assembly process, meeting daily and weekly quotas for assembled sets.
- Rotate through multiple build stations, performing specialized tasks as needed.
- Utilize soldering equipment to assemble small electronic components for drones (for higher skilled employees).
- Inspect final products for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards. Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate small parts and tools
- Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for working with small components and tools
- Must be able to pass background requirements and drug test.
