Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop engaging job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including social media platforms, job boards, career events, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom).
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to establish a strong talent pipeline.
- Perform thorough vetting and background checks on candidates under consideration for hire.
- Support the HR Director in managing relationships with recruitment vendors to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- Utilize Paycom and Excel to efficiently track and report on open requisitions and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to develop strategies for reducing the time-to-fill for vacant roles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- SHRM/HRCI certification preferred
- 4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong MS Excel skills: Heavy ATS knowledge (Paycom or similar)
- High volume recruiting experience required
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms, including social media management for sourcing candidates
- Experienced in tracking and reporting recruiting metrics
