Job Description

A leading provider of office solutions is looking for a detailed Contracts Coordinator to work closely with the sales team and customers regarding their contracts. The most important skills needed are a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team player!

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Houston, TX 77041
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Processing new, revised, and renewed printer contracts
  • MPS Contract Audit – Profitability, Estimations, Removals
  • Auditing Equipment Records – Updating location remarks, Sending ID tags.
  • Address Changes / Equipment Builds
  • Working on meter collections – FMA, Customer Spreadsheet, Tech Walks
  • Scanning

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience in a corporate environment
  • Must be available for overtime when needed
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills
