Job Description

A leading provider of office solutions is looking for a detailed Accounting Clerk to assist with contracts and billing activities.
The most important skills needed are a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team player!

Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $16/hr

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Process daily route sheets.
  • Create maintenance contracts on new equipment.
  • Scan documents.
  • Process and bill equipment deals sold during the month.
  • Audit filters to ensure information is up to date.
  • Back up receptionist when needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical, data entry, accounting, or similar experience in a corporate environment
  • Must be available for overtime when needed
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills
