Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order-to-production coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will focus on order entry, quoting, scheduling, and cross-functional communication to help ensure timely, accurate fulfillment for customers.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $35,000-$70,000

• Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare customer quotes and enter sales orders and jobs in JobBOSS.
• Create purchase orders for raw materials as needed and coordinate with vendors to support production needs.
• Schedule jobs, finalize sales orders, and close completed jobs while maintaining clean, organized documentation.
• Partner closely with shipping/receiving, quality, production, and accounting to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding order status, timelines, and any actions needed to maintain quality and delivery expectations.
• Support daily operational activities to promote efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Track multiple priorities at once, keeping details organized and escalating concerns appropriately to avoid delays or rework.
• Contribute to a customer-focused experience by responding professionally and promptly to questions, changes, and urgent requests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers
• A strong work ethic and consistent follow-through on commitments and deadlines
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred (minimum 3+ years preferred)
• Experience using JobBOSS is preferred
