A fast-growing Texas-based construction technology company is seeking a BIM Specialist to join the team. The company combines hands-on trade experience with advanced BIM/VDC and field technologies to deliver accurate, fabrication-ready models and real-world solutions across semiconductor, data center, manufacturing, and large-scale multifamily projects. The BIM Specialist is responsible for developing detailed plumbing system layouts, producing fabrication-ready models and drawings, and supporting coordination efforts across multiple trades.

• Develop detailed plumbing system models using Revit.
• Produce shop drawings, spool drawings, and installation-ready documentation.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external trade partners to resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure all deliverables reflect real-world constructability and installation methods.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and adherence to project standards.

• Proven experience in plumbing detailing, BIM, or VDC
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
• Proficiency in Revit (required)
• Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned scopes of work
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Field experience in plumbing or related trades
• Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects
• Experience with process piping or high-tech facility work is a plus
• Prefabrication and spool drawing experience. Important Note: This is not an entry-level position; 5-7+ years of experience required
