Job Description

An innovative company in the upstream oil & gas industry specializing in seismic data is seeking a Client Services Assistant Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that combines contract coordination, order management, client support, and internal team oversight. The Contracts Specialist is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of client orders--from contract through delivery of seismic data--while ensuring accuracy across documentation, process, and deliverables.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing client contracts and order documentation.
  • Coordinate and track orders from initiation through final data delivery.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams regarding order questions and status.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is complete, accurate, and organized.
  • Help troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution across teams.
  • Monitor timelines and follow up to keep orders moving efficiently.
  • Support improvements to workflows, processes and documentation standards.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight support to the Client Services function.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in client services, operations, contracts administration, or project coordination
  • Experience with contract management, licensing agreements and/or accounting a plus
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working across teams (legal/contracts, accounting, marketing, operations)
  • Strong communication skills (internal and external)
  • Proactive and able to operate with limited supervision
