A well-established chemicals company is looking for a Logistics Specialist to work with all avenues of the sales process and handle the order until the customer is invoiced. Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $75,000-$80,000 + up to 15% bonus

• Receive customer orders, input into the system, interact, and coordinate with product suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to fulfill the order.
• Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal associates throughout this order to cash cycle.
• Manage domestic and import supplies into warehouse or directly to customer.
• Work with sales and management to input accurate costs and pricing surrounding the products into ERP system. 
• Work with accounting on monthly closing, including inventory, order input, and timely invoicing to meet monthly closing objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in an inside sales and/or logistics role required
• Experience working with 3PL companies
• Must have business maturity and the ability to be flexible and work effectively within a team
• Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Standard
