Seeking a Wiki Product Manager

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Location: Houston, TX


  • In this key role, the candidate will collaborate with fellow colleagues across the company in finding creative solutions within our Wiki running on the Atlassian Confluence platform.
  • Utilize technical experience creatively to tackle hard problems
  • Serve as global Confluence expert and ambassador.
  • Work closely with team members supporting other Atlassian tools, such as JIRA and JIRA Service Desk.
  • Assist teams in creating and improving Wiki spaces/collaboration sites through interactive demos and standard methodologies during implementation.
  • Recommend and implement templates for Wiki spaces for use by IT and other teams.
  • Have an understanding of use cases across the Wiki system to manage updates and upgrades for the systems and its plugins.
  • Day to day monitoring of Wiki site activity and content
  • End user support
  • Teach teams to utilize the Confluence REST API
  • Develop and update governance standards and standard methodologies for Wiki
  • Other related duties as needed


  • 2+ years IT, marketing, communications, training or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience working with the Atlassian suite of products, especially Confluence
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of content management systems.
  • Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills in English with the ability to build trust and integrity in your relationships with our business partners.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and professionally to a variety of audiences.
  • Self-starter with the dedication to work independently and as part of a team; ability to multi-task.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to make decisions quickly.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments with multiple changing priorities, where prioritization and time management are necessary tools.
  • Good problem analysis and resolution, impact verification, troubleshooting, coaching, and facilitation experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to diagnose problems across multiple disciplines
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills; detail oriented yet able to understand impacts across multiple projects and systems.
