Seeking a Software Sales Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: Depends on experience

Ideally seeking a candidate who wants to grow and build a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage at highest organizational levels, understand key business drivers, hidden agendas as well as gain exposure and influence across the organization and create a competitive lockout
  • Quickly learn and understand how to optimize market opportunities and implement effective Go to Market models.
  • Open up opportunities for enterprise and commercial business where none existed before.
  • Should be able to craft compelling common messaging and then create a purpose-built sales model while encouraging teamwork and continuous communication.
  • Position SaaS based solutions for: Customer Experience Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Security and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Responsible for all product, services and technical information. Able to conceptualize and propose business cases to clients and deliver effective presentations focusing on client value and end results.
  • Proven record of delivering significant growth coupled with a discipline for managing costs.
    • Consistently perform in the Top 10% of every sales organization

REQUIREMENTS

  • Direct, channel and OEM sales management experience.
  • Experience with High quotas (50 million plus).
  • Experience dealing with large contracts.
  • High energy, results focused sales leader with a penchant for building exceptionally strong and loyal sales teams.
    • Develop and coach team of inside and outside software and network security sales experts.
    • Experienced with pipeline development, revenue growth, and improving team morale.
  • Strong Solution Selling skills: proficient in understanding clients’ needs and requirements across the enterprise then developing, presenting solutions and articulate value through ROI
  • Passion for solving business problems with technology
  • Effective and mature business skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills from cold calling lead generation, discovery, “C” level demonstrations to executive level pricing and ROI presentations.
  • Proven track record showing excellent customer relationships for crisis management, upselling and customer retention.
