Seeking a Sales Executive

Location: Houston

Salary: $80,000-$110,000 + Commission


  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to building long-term relationships with clients, creating interest in and awareness of all products and services. 
  • Meeting and exceed sales goals monthly and annually through hunting and retaining business.
  • Contributing to sales revenue through the initiation of client consideration of products, acting as a results-driven member of the sales team.
  • Strong product knowledge with ability to keep current with new products in the company and the market.
  • Drive Sales through product and knowledge; align key business objectives of clients.
  • Become a trusted resource and provide consultative support to clients.
  • Working collaboratively with internal staff to meet sales targets.
  • Scheduling appointments and product presentations with prospective clients.
  • Demonstrating product lines and collections and assisting with project schemes and problem solving.
  • Communicating clearly and consistently with clients via phone, email, social media, and personal visits.
  • Host events at showroom and participate in local industry gatherings.
  • Host plant tours as requested.
  • Participate in professional industry organizations (such as IIDA, Corenet, AIA).


  • 3-5 years related sales experience within the A&D community.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong desire to go above and beyond to not only achieve but to also exceed goals.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to tailor presentations to the target audience.
  • High personal performance standards, results-oriented and strong thirst for continuous learning.
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships with key influencers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment at all levels of the organization while building long term relationships with clients/partners.
