Receptionist

A financial services firm has an immediate need for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their Dallas office. This company is team-oriented, entrepreneurial in spirit, and there’s plenty of room for advancement.

Location: Dallas, TX (Uptown)

Salary: $40-50K

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage conference room calendar
  • Organize refreshments and order food for conference room meetings
  • Maintain office kitchen items
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare expense reports for Associate level staff
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a corporate setting
  • Positive attitude, friendly personality, high level of professionalism at all times
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Must be comfortable working within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
