An energy company has an immediate need for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their Houston office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and the ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role.
Location: Houston, TX
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage conference room calendar
- Organize refreshments and order food for conference room meetings
- Maintain office kitchen items
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a corporate setting
- Positive attitude, friendly personality, high level of professionalism at all times
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Must be comfortable working within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
