Small start-up company located in the Energy Corridor is looking for an experienced Office Manager to become an integral part of their dynamic team as they continue to grow. Ideal candidates will have experience in a small company environment and enjoy wearing many hats. Quickbooks experience is a MUST! 

Location: West, Houston

Salary: $55,000-65,000 Depending on experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for office administration to include ordering supplies and managing office expenses
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Handle light HR duties such as on boarding, orientations, etc.
  • Assist President of the company with special projects as needed
  • Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of Office Management experience
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in a small office environment
  • Must be a team-player willing to help out in all areas as needed
  • A/P, A/R, billing, light accounting experience ideal 
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint
