Office Manager / Executive Assistant

A fast-growing company has an immediate need for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their Houston office. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming calls from 7:30am – 8:00am, during lunch, and overflow calls
  • Maintains company-wide calendar
  • Orders all office supplies and marketing materials
  • Keeps kitchen stocked and organized
  • Provides administrative support to executives
  • Prepares expense reports for self and executives
  • Handles personal tasks and runs errands as requested
  • Plans and coordinates events
  • Handles new hire work station set up and assists with basic IT needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of office management / administrative experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be detail-oriented and very organized
  • Strong communication and follow through skills
  • Must be comfortable handling some personal assistant duties as needed
