Installation Engineer

Position Type: Direct Hire

Position Location: Dallas / Fort Worth / Waco

Position Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (Depending on Experience)


  • Primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient installation and commissioning of all projects within region and provide continuous support to customers through the aftersales process.
  • Ensure sufficient technical support for sales team within region particularly through site appraisals and customer meetings with sales team as required.
  • Coordination of the installation of all projects within region.  This will involve overseeing the installation of standard projects and leading an installation team for larger projects.
  • Support sales team within region through site and customer visits were required and liaising with the global technical team to develop the best technical solution for the customer.
  • Provide aftersales support for all customers within region.  This will involve troubleshooting issues where possible or coordinating additional resource as required.
  • Carry out planned/ unplanned maintenance as required including PMI visits and customer breakdowns.
  • Working as a member of the operations team to constantly strive for continuous improvements through improving processes and product development.
  • Provide detailed reports from site visits back to operations team to record progress and recommend future improvements
  • Manage own workload to ensure most efficient use of time.


  • Technical Associates degree a minimum, bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience servicing/commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery, preferably coming from mining, quarry, aggregates, waste recycling, environmental or sand background.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize and control large engineering projects
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally, and through presentations
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Good Commercial Awareness and attentive to detail
  • Must have strong knowledge working with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
  • Able to work under pressure and must be dependable and reliable
  • Enthusiastic, energetic self-starter able to work on own initiative
  • Strong project management and time management skills are required for the role
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly in word and excel is required
  • Must have strong planning, organization, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
