Our client, a luxury consumer products company in the Galleria area is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join their team!



  • The Human Resources Director is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level
  • Works closely with management to support the overall mission of the organization.
  • This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding, benefits, payroll, administration, recruitment/employment
  • Create and implement HR policy development and management.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Maintain labor regulations and statutory filings.
  • Monitor and update employees regularly about 401K, vacation status/benefits, health insurance plans, and compensation plans.  
  • Process hourly and salaried payroll.
  • Conduct onboarding of newly hired employees and enter new hire paperwork in HRIS.
  • Coordinate health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration.
  • Reconcile/validate data entry to ensure data integrity, and support routine reporting requests; including running monthly reports
  • Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in the HRIS system in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and interviews.
  • Maintain listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment laws.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.


  • 10+ years of HR experience with a minimum of five years as a HR Director. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred; PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP strongly preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
