Global Compensation Advisor

An oil & gas services company has an immediate need for a Global Compensation / HRIS Advisor to join their Houston office.

Location: Houston, TX (Galleria)

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction to design and develop global compensation plans
  • Lead all aspects of planning, design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
  • Lead analysis and audits of compensation programs
  • Partner with Business Unit HR Managers and Legal to interpret international employment laws
  • Review compensation program performance against goals and targets
  • Support to HRIS department for administration and design of Compensation HR Systems projects

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Compensation
  • 2+ years of experience administering global compensation programs for multinational organizations
  • Proficient at gathering and analyzing data and ensuring accuracy
  • Must have strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Oil & gas experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • PeopleSoft HCM and/or Oracle HCM Cloud preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional required
