Manager of Financial Operations


A fast-growing international tech company in Dallas has an immediate need for a Manager of Financial Operations to join their Dallas office. This role will take ownership of standardizing and implementing policies and procedures for general accounting and will work closely with leadership and shared services financial / accounting teams.

Salary: Depends on Experience



  • Oversee financial operations and work closely with Head of US Operations
  • Partner with shared services accounting team for transactional accounting needs
  • Partner with accounting to support accuracy & effectiveness of financial reporting
  • Standardize, implement, and ensure adherence to policies & procedures for general accounting
  • Complete monthly and annual closing of accounts and generate MIS reports
  • Prepare and update bank reconciliation statement and P/L schedules
  • Assist in end to end finalization of accounts
  • Ensure timely payments of invoices
  • Build control systems to support internal audit
  • Cash management and investment of surplus funds
  • Execute compliance requirements for Fixed Assets
  • Support month end close
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and ensure accuracy of data
  • Plan and prepare budgeting & forecasting



  • 4+ years in Finance / Accounting
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Previous experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong reasoning, logical, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must
  • Previous ecommerce or hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required, and SAP is a plus
