Our client has an immediate opening for a Call Center Director. This position manages all the relationship between the customer and assigned support teams. 

Salary: $85,000-100,000

Location: Central, Houston

Responsibilities:

  • Sets performance standards to meet service goals of the company
  • Partners with the management team to align customer service department policies and systems with the company's objectives
  • Provides solution-oriented, bottom line-conscious feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Leads heavily in troubleshooting/owning member cases which require special attention
  • Oversees customer complaints/escalations and ensures effective and long-term problem resolution
  • Performs root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements
  • Works continuously toward self-development to stay current on customer service, quality and leadership procedures and practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Art/Science/Business from an accredited University
  • Experience is based on education, years in a management position and within a comparable industry
  • 7+ years of experience in call center management 
  • Proven ability to implement performance plans and reach goals set by company goals and objectives
  • Familiarity with call center metrics,
  • Candidate should thrive in a high-energy, fast paced environment
