Murray Resources is in search of 2nd Shift Bilingual Machine Operators to work in Stafford, Texas for a snack manufacturing company.

Position: 2nd Shift Bilingual Machine Operator

Location: Stafford, TX


2nd shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Will start on 1st shift during training)

Pay: $14-$16/hr



  • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of a team of up to 15 employees
  • Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops (fryer, bagger, conveyor belts, etc.)
  • Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
  • Responsible for the completion of the schedule with assigned resources
  • Perform and coordinate Housekeeping and sanitation activities
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a field
  • Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment
  • Experience as a Machine Operator (operation of baggers is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Production Procedures
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (Spanish is a must)
  • Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
