Area General Manager

A fast-growing hospitality / hotel management company has an immediate need for an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This is a Direct Hire role with a global company that provides excellent benefits!

 

Location: Hattiesburg, MS

 

Salary: $50-60K + Bonus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Takes ownership of role and communicates effectively with onsite and central team
  • Inspects properties to ensure adherence to company standards  
  • Handle guest escalations to ensure positive experience
  • Trains hotel staff on best practices
  • Provides insight and input on pricing to corporate team

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in operations, preferably in hotels / hospitality 
  • Previous experience in hotel management preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are required
  • Must take ownership and be hands-on
  • Willingness to be available for guests whenever needed
  • Able to work with cross-functional, global teams
