Global leader in Commercial Real Estate services and investments is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join the team. 

Salary: $30,000-40,000
Location: Houston, Galleria
 
Responsibilities:

  • Handle all front desk and administrative duties
  • Maintain calendar
  • Answer telephones and direct callers
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Track all incoming packages
  • Coordinate the pick up and delivery of mail
  • Provide administrative support to brokerage departments

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years front desk/administrative experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
