Technology firm that offers project management tools has an immediate opening for an Account Manager.  The primary responsibilities will include understanding the training and support dynamics of an account to ensure satisfaction of applications purchased and general administrative duties to support the client.  There is opportunity to grow and excel within the position and the company.  Ready to hire!

Salary: $40,000-50,000 + benefits
Location: Houston, Southwest

Responsibilities:

Maintain and collaborate with clients in providing technical support, training and consultations regarding our product.  Other responsibilities include admin duties, processing and maintaining support notifications, providing online training sessions and, potentially, ongoing training webinars on a weekly-basis.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Account Management or Customer Service to specific customers

  • Strong customer service/phone etiquette.  Proficiency with MS Office and ability to maneuver within programs.  Since this position deals with technical products, must have the aptitude to guide clients through the process and conduct webinar trainings.

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and overall computer and applications fluency

  • May require attending some tradeshows and events
