Job Description

A leading law firm is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the Houston office.  The Receptionist will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including assisting other departments with clerical needs.

Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $17/hr DOE

Location: Central Houston, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Provide information and relay messages.
  • Greet and direct visitors, clients and vendors following protocols.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and badges.
  • Schedule conference rooms, ensuring they are tidy and stocked.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and maintaining calendars.
  • Submit building maintenance requests.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist various departments with clerical needs as required.

Requirements:
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required; college degree / certification is a plus
  • 2+ years of Receptionist experience within a corporate environment
  • Warm, welcoming attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
