Job Description
A premier provider of turnkey valve-actuation solutions is seeking an Actuator Technician to assemble, test, and troubleshoot pneumatic valve actuators and automation packages. The ideal candidate is a skilled, mechanically inclined technician with experience working from technical drawings and pneumatic schematics. As a key member of the team, the new hire will ensure high-quality, reliable actuator performance by performing precise assembly and testing procedures while meeting production standards and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and configure pneumatic actuators, mounting kits, and control packages.
- Install and set up positioners, solenoids, limit switches, and other automation components.
- Perform functional testing, calibration, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot air leaks, alignment issues, and actuator performance concerns.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate builds.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with pneumatic actuators, valve automation, or industrial assembly
- Ability to read drawings, schematics, and P&IDs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools and test equipment
- Understanding of pneumatic systems and basic instrumentation
