A global logistics provider has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is organized and knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures. Ensuring efficient and smooth operation, the new team member will assist in daily office needs and effectively manage the company’s general administrative activities.

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
- Handle Administrative Assistant / AP Clerk type duties.
- Process AP invoices in CargoWise system and handle the accounting emails.
- Perform administrative duties around the office like ordering office supplies, making shipping labels, occasionally ordering lunches for the office, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- AP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of utilizing Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Working hours: 4 hours a day for 2 to 3 days a week
