Job Description

A manufacturing company in Beaumont is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team! The HR Manager will lead all HR functions, handle recruitment, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance.

Location: Beaumont, TX 77705 - ONSITE
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process and onboarding program to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Work closely with hiring manager to identify needs, create job descriptions, and throughout the hiring process.
Manage the full benefits process to include enrollments, terminations, and changes for Medical, Dental, Vision and ancillary plans.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Work with government agencies in the event of any announced/unannounced inspections or audits.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
SHRM-CP a plus
Minimum 5+ years of full cycle HR, benefits administration, talent acquisition experience required.
Spanish bilingual required (read, write, speak)
Must be available to work in the office Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00 and available to check in on different shifts as needed.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
