Job Description

Our client is seeking a and proactive Contract Administrator to for a long-term contract assignment. This individual will be responsible for preparing and administering contracts, bids, and proposals while supporting sales and account management in contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining an organized contract repository within Salesforce.

Pay: $40-45/hr
Type: Contract – Long Term
Location: Irving, TX – In office

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, bids, and proposals.
  • Support sales and account management teams in contract negotiations.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and suppliers during contract discussions.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations and compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain a contract repository for easy retrieval and tracking.
  • Accurately document and update contract-related information in Salesforce.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years proven experience in contract administration, negotiation, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and document management abilities
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
