Commercial Sales Representative

Job Description
A rapidly growing service, maintenance and repair company is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join their team. This position will generate and drive new business opportunities with commercial accounts, grow existing business and nurture client relationships.
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $50,000 - $65,000 + commission
- Vehicle allowance or milage reimbursement
Location:Â Galveston, TX - REMOTE
Type of Position:Â Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new commercial clients within assigned territory (apartments, HOAs, hotels, fitness centers, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility operators, and decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate pool conditions and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and community functions to generate leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial facilities, service industry, property management, or pool industry).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
