Job Description

A leading transportation company is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to support fleet operations and vehicle logistics across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a safety-focused and proactive driver with experience in truck transport, maintenance support, and recovery operations. Working in a dynamic environment, the new driver will ensure smooth vehicle movement by executing transport assignments, assisting with field recoveries, and supporting maintenance processes while adhering to safety protocols and contributing to operational excellence.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

$60,000-$65,000
Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance

Location: Navasota, TX 32835
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

Perform truck maneuvers and movements inside and outside the operational base.
Transport vehicles to workshops, gas stations, and other locations for preventive or corrective maintenance.
Carry out truck recoveries in the field when necessary.
Support the vehicle technical delivery process for new drivers.
Follow established safety protocols and help protect company assets by adhering to operational routines.

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A (Commercial Driver’s License – Class A)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
Must pass a background check prior to employment (we will provide it)
Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
