Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 + 100% paid benefits (for employee)
Location: Houston, TX 77055

Responsibilities:

• Process AP, verify invoices and send invoices to clients
• Process vendor payments, monthly bills and operating expenses
• Maintain General Ledger, enter journal entries and manage P&L
• Generate weekly reports in QuickBooks (AR, balance sheet, P&L)
• Manage accounts receivables, communication with client regarding late payments
• Manage invoices disputes, questions or special requests from clients
• General clerical duties; answer phones, filing, data entr

• Must have excellent, recent QuickBooks experience
• 7+ years in a similar role
• Strong understanding of AP/AR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
