Highly-successful technology solutions with over 30 years in business is seeking an experienced, hands-on Americas Marketing Manager for their office in Houston. As the Marketing Manager, you will be focused on growing the company's revenues and bottom line by focusing on the entire spectrum of marketing activities, lead generation, customer relationships and team building to attain both short and long term sales objectives. You will be responsible for creating and driving the execution of the Americas Marketing Plan supporting local sales priorities and contributing to sales revenue objectives. 

Location: West, Houston

Salary: $120,000-130,000 Depending on experience


  • Work closely with Americas sales leadership to understand goals and priorities within the region, then develop and implement supporting regional marketing plan
  • Lead and manage Americas Marketing team to ensure we deliver on objectives: MQLs, SQLs etc. to ultimately exceed agreed-upon revenue contribution target
  • Create regional targeted marketing programs mainly using digital marketing tools to nurture and accelerate existing opportunities or create new ones
  • Leverage existing global marketing programs, localize them if appropriate and ensure targeted delivery in region including named accounts coverage
  • Track, measure and report on the impact of regional and ABM plan on sales pipeline and revenue (both marketing sourced and marketing influenced)
  • Proactively engage with sales team to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Track general business indicators including regional industry trends, competitor’s marketing and sales activities
  • Proactive participation in quarterly sales planning and marketing leadership meetings


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or other related field, with 10 years of B2B marketing, preferably enterprise software experience
  • Domain knowledge of Oil& Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Power, Nuclear etc. highly desirable but optional
  • Demonstrable skills in planning and delivering multi-channel integrated lead generation campaigns using modern digital channels plus field marketing, event management and account based marketing experience.
  • Marketing leadership and team management experience
  • Good understanding of the customer business challenges and prior track record in defining and enhancing buyer’s journey
  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing plan, goals and measurements
  • Market research experience
  • Strong data and analytical skills to understand the customer/prospect profiles– in-depth knowledge of CRM system (slicing & dicing the data plus excel skills including Pivot tables);
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build effective partnership with regional sales stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly
  • Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation platform, lead scoring, social media tools, digital advertising and content syndication platforms and KPI reporting
  • Budget management and responsibility
  • Creative, passionate marketer with desire to innovate and transform our Americas marketing practice
  • Travel required (up to 20% of your time)
